iCapital is seeking a DevOps and DBA Engineering Manager to lead the strategy and execution of DevOps practices for their Annuities Platform team. This senior role involves managing CI/CD pipelines and SQL Server database systems to ensure scalability, performance, and security across enterprise SaaS solutions. As a technical manager, the incumbent will lead, mentor, and develop teams of DevOps Engineers and Database Administrators while partnering with engineering and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of DevOps Engineers and DBAs
Design and execute DevOps roadmap aligned with product strategy
Own lifecycle management of CI/CD pipelines for SaaS deployments
Oversee SQL Server operations including performance tuning and disaster recovery
Embed DevSecOps practices and manage cloud spend optimization
