A Vice President-level DevOps Engineer will lead the adoption of DevOps center-of-excellence tools and practices across a regulated bank, fostering technical and cultural change at scale. The role involves designing and operating AWS-native, Kubernetes-based cloud platforms while mentoring engineering teams to enhance maturity and reliability. Collaborating with platform and feature teams, this leader will establish resilient delivery pipelines, enforce security standards, and drive cost-effective automation strategies.

Responsibilities

Design and operate scalable AWS-native platforms using Kubernetes and Helm
Mentor engineering teams to adopt modern DevOps practices and improve maturity
Implement GitOps workflows utilizing Argo CD and GitLab for continuous delivery
