About this role
The DevSecOps Engineer will join Gong’s U.S. R&D DevSecOps function to help design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and security-focused platform capabilities. This role partners closely with Engineering, Security, and IT teams to shape cloud strategy and drive long-term, secure operational practices. As an early member of the U.S. R&D team, the hire will influence culture, processes, and tooling to support Gong’s global expansion and product growth.
