About this role

As the first Developer Experience (Dev X) engineer at Andreessen Horowitz, you will build and own internal developer platforms and tools to accelerate the firm's investing and operations teams. You will establish an internal startup-like culture to reduce friction in daily workflows, collaborate closely with diverse engineering teams, and ensure security compliance while continuously improving the developer experience.

Responsibilities

Design and build internal developer platforms to accelerate engineering velocity
Deploy and manage containerized services on major cloud platforms
Implement observability and monitoring solutions for production support
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce compliance workflows
Document and maintain shared tooling libraries and onboarding guides
