DFT Engineer

The DFT Engineer will own design for test solutions for complex high-bandwidth memory system-on-chip base-die designs, enabling manufacturability and successful silicon bring-up. This role involves defining DFT architecture early in the design cycle and implementing DFT logic at block, subsystem, and full-chip levels. The position requires collaboration with various engineering teams to ensure testability, diagnosability, and smooth pre-silicon debug and post-silicon bring-up.
