DGR Assistant Manager

The DGR Assistant Manager supports the daily operations and performance of a Goodwill NLA retail store by leading employees, coordinating production and sales-floor activities, and monitoring productivity and service. This role provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, and accountability while performing retail, production, and customer-service functions to maintain effective store operations. The Assistant Manager serves as the operational leader in the Store Manager's absence and helps create a productive and inclusive workplace to maximize the value of donated goods.
