D&I Lead

The D&I Lead will own and execute the diversity and inclusion strategy for the EMEA region, partnering with business leaders, talent acquisition, and inclusion groups to drive equitable hiring, inclusive leadership, and cultural initiatives. The role involves data-driven reporting, internal consulting, and storytelling to support On's mission of fostering a diverse and belonging workplace.
