Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor

The Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor manages the operations and activities of general radiology services at Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital. This role involves providing accountability for operating and capital budget performance, as well as fiscal responsibilities. The supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to meet departmental goals and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes hiring, orienting, counseling, evaluating, and disciplining staff as needed.
