The Diagnostic, Reliability & Maintainability Manager will lead a team to deliver Reliability, Availability and Maintainability assessments and improvements for Leonardo UK Helicopters. Reporting to the Product Performance Manager, the role focuses on designing and standardising R&M processes, implementing data exploitation tools, and ensuring delivery against schedule, cost and quality. The position combines engineering expertise with leadership of cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and governance.
