About this role
A Radiologic Technologist at Geisinger Medical Center administers ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes and performs a full scope of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. The role acquires and analyzes imaging data for interpretation by licensed practitioners, documents radiation exposure and medication activities, and works in a clinical environment. Technologists may also assist with specialized procedures and participate in education of students and other staff.
