About this role
Patient-facing clinical role in an Urgent Care setting responsible for guiding patients through registration, rooming, treatment, and discharge to ensure a high-quality experience. The position performs clinical functions such as taking vitals, phlebotomy, administering delegated medications, preparing patients for and performing radiologic procedures, and documenting care in the patient record. The role also supports front-office duties including payment collection, referrals, and coordination with providers and ancillary services.
