About this role

The Dialysis Technician supports the delivery of safe, efficient inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services across MultiCare campuses. Working under the direct supervision of the Dialysis RN, the technician performs technical, equipment-related, and patient care support functions to ensure high-quality treatment delivery and regulatory compliance. The role involves preparing dialysis machines, monitoring treatment parameters, and assisting with patient care while maintaining strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and test dialysis machines and water systems according to manufacturer guidelines
Assist RNs with patient preparation, vital signs, and comfort measures during treatment
Monitor machine parameters and document technical tasks in the EMR and equipment logs
