This role involves dealing dice games within the casino, ensuring proper game pace and accuracy while maintaining a friendly and hospitable atmosphere for guests and team members. The position requires dealing proficiency in all aspects of the games and compliance with Nevada gaming regulations. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess effective communication skills, and have the manual dexterity to shuffle, pitch cards, or work a stick and deal base. The successful applicant must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration.
