This position is responsible for dealing dice games, specifically Craps, while ensuring a courteous, engaging, and enjoyable experience for Palms Casino Resort guests. The role plays a key part in generating revenue through excellent customer service, effective game management, and the promotion of marketing promotions and the Serrano Club program. The dealer must maintain a professional presence, adhere to department standards, and provide accurate service in a fast-paced casino environment.
