Die Casting Supervisor

The Die Casting Supervisor oversees daily production plan execution, scrap control, and manufacturing standards to ensure performance meets production release targets. This role leads the work team, enforces quality and safety procedures, manages training and development, and drives continuous improvement and 5S workplace organization. Additionally, the supervisor analyzes performance data, resolves interpersonal conflicts, audits standard work, and reports equipment and production results to management.
