About this role
A Die Setter/Press Operator at Challenge Manufacturing sets up and changes dies on a range of progressive, secondary, and transfer presses to produce complex metal assemblies for the automotive industry. The role supports the company’s quality and safety standards and contributes to production of parts that meet engineering specifications. This position is based at the Holland, MI plant and works on the X shift (6PM–6AM, Monday–Thursday).
