About this role
Challenge Manufacturing is a tier-1 supplier of complex metal assemblies for the automotive industry. This role is a Die Setter/Press Set-Up position responsible for installing and changing dies on progressive, secondary, and transfer presses (200–2500 ton) to ensure production of quality parts. The position is based at the Holland, MI plant on a Y shift (6AM–6PM, Fri–Sun) and supports the company’s ESOP-driven, employee-owned culture.
