Diener - Per Diem

The Diener assists the Pathologist in preparing for, conducting, and following up on autopsies while supporting daily routine tasks in the Pathology Department. This role involves positively identifying bodies, accessions cases into the laboratory information system, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and post-mortem disinfection procedures. The position requires maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and adhering to federal mandates regarding the use of alcohol.
