Dietary Cook

The Dietary Cook prepares meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, as well as established facility policies and therapeutic diet orders. This role involves reviewing menus, processing diet changes, and ensuring meals are prepared and served on time with proper portion control. The position requires maintaining food storage areas, assisting with inventory, and adhering to all safety and hygiene measures to protect residents and staff.
