Dietitian

This role involves providing medical nutrition therapy for patients requiring the ketogenic diet for epilepsy and other metabolic disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The dietitian develops and manages individualized ketogenic diet oral and enteral feeding plans, including formula selection, macronutrient ratios, and monitoring of growth and metabolic parameters. The position requires providing patient and caregiver education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care.
