Dietitian

Northern Health is seeking a motivated and suitably experienced Dietitian to join the Dietetics department, providing high-quality care to inpatients and residents at Kilmore District Hospital and associated Residential Aged Care Facilities. The role involves conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualised care plans, and ensuring compliance with the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, particularly within subacute or residential aged care settings.
