Digital Clinical Lead

The Digital Clinical Lead provides leadership for implementing digital solutions that enhance clinician experience and improve care delivery at McLean Hospital and Mass General Brigham's Behavioral and Mental Health division. The role focuses on optimizing EHR and clinical IT systems by assessing current workflows, identifying challenges, and executing enterprise-wide training and communication. The incumbent serves as a clinical champion and change agent, collaborating with leadership and digital teams to prioritize and implement initiatives that support high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care.
