The Digital Content & Platform Specialist supports operational readiness, monitoring, QA, and incident response for Tennis Channel’s live events and VOD across its digital ecosystem. This role involves acting as a first responder to detect, triage, and resolve incidents while proactively verifying streams, schedules, and metadata ahead of major tournaments. The position requires on-site work in Santa Monica, CA, on a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
