About this role

The Digital Divide Coordinator will conduct community outreach and training to help aging adults and adults with disabilities in rural northwestern Connecticut access technology and reduce social isolation. Working both remotely and in‑person, the coordinator will develop materials, deliver workshops, and coordinate services with Oak Hill’s Integrated Center and external partners.
