The Digital Enablement Lead designs and deploys scalable digital upskilling and AI learning solutions to transform the organization into an AI-fluent entity. They build structured learning pathways and adoption strategies aligned with digital technologies and AI-enabled operations while acting as a strategic bridge across IT, business leaders, and change management teams. The role drives role-based proficiency and workflow integration to ensure sustained adoption and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and govern tiered role-based learning journeys for workforce readiness
Develop enterprise-wide digital enablement and AI upskilling strategies
Create and curate learning assets including workshops and prompt libraries
Partner with Change Management to drive sustainable tool adoption
Conduct capability assessments and define KPIs to track proficiency

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in L&D, Instructional Design, Business, IT, or related fieldProsci or ADKAR Change Management certification
