Digital Growth & Acquisition Manager RRP

The Digital Growth & Acquisition Manager RRP drives consumer growth for JTI's Reduced-Risk Products portfolio by developing and executing digital acquisition strategies across retail, digital, and third-party commerce channels. This role manages the end-to-end consumer acquisition journey, from driving awareness and recruitment through paid media and search to converting consumers into known, contactable, and age-verified members of JTI's consumer ecosystem. The position involves partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to lead scalable growth initiatives that expand consumer reach and strengthen first-party data assets.
