Digital Growth and E-commerce Leader

We are seeking an experienced digital growth and e-commerce leader with a strong track record in retail, consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, technology or another digitally mature B2C environment. The role involves driving online revenue growth, optimizing the digital customer journey, and managing performance marketing budgets for a flagship IHG property in South Jakarta. The successful candidate will apply established digital commerce principles to a hospitality environment encompassing Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, Weddings, Meetings & Events and other hotel experiences.
