Digital Human Resources Intern

The Digital Human Resources Intern will help advance the adoption of artificial intelligence tools across Human Resources by identifying manual or repetitive processes that could be improved through AI-assisted solutions. The intern's primary project involves designing and coordinating an internal HR AI Hackathon to explore business challenges and develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot agents and Claude skills. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to digital HR strategy, AI enablement, change management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.
