The Global Medical Education Digital Learning & Platforms Solutions Administrator supports and maintains a customer-facing digital ecosystem enabling Healthcare Professionals to access high-quality medical education and resources. This role involves the administration and localization of the Totara-powered S+N Academy Online platform, managing content governance, and providing Tier 1 and 2 technical support for global and regional learning initiatives. Key duties include configuring blended learning journeys, supporting virtual events, ensuring platform reliability, and delivering localized customer support in Japanese.

Responsibilities

Administer and localize the Totara-powered LMS for global healthcare professionals
Manage digital content lifecycle including testing, versioning, and governance
Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for platform access and learning records
Configure and support virtual events and blended learning program delivery
Generate analytics reports on learner engagement and course completion

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Learning, Web Administration, or Digital Marketing3+ years of experience in website or digital learning platform administration
