Digital Platforms Product Owner

Citi's Wealth Operations organization is seeking a Product Owner to join the product team behind its strategic client servicing platform, which centralizes and automates service and operations workflows across global Wealth and Private Banking teams. The role involves owning a specific slice of the platform's backlog, collaborating with engineering, operations, and AI/data teams to shape product direction, and supporting the phased delivery of a platform critical to the firm's client service experience. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable user stories, define requirements for AI-driven capabilities, and monitor platform performance to drive productivity and scalability.
