The Digital Product Owner - People Analytics will own the vision, roadmap and delivery of enterprise people analytics products with primary focus on Visier and Qualtrics. The role translates business and HR needs into scalable digital solutions and ensures integration with HRIS, VMS, and cloud data platforms. This individual contributor role is based in Hyderabad and reports to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics.
