American Indian Health & Family Services (AIHFS) is a nonprofit urban Indian health center in Detroit that provides culturally centered health and social services for American Indian, Alaska Native, and broader urban Indigenous communities across southeast Michigan. AIHFS offers integrated primary medical care, behavioral health, dental services, substance-use counseling, case management, health education, and community programs for youth and elders, alongside traditional healing and cultural activities. The organization combines clinical care, outreach, and advocacy to promote wellness, self-determination, and equity for Indigenous families in the region.
