Digital Support Analyst

The Digital Support Analyst serves as the first point of contact for Ministry staff, providing hands-on Level 1 IT support for desktops, systems, applications, and digital assets. This role involves triaging and resolving incidents via ServiceNow, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets. The position requires strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills to ensure a seamless support experience.
