About this role

The Associate Director, Digital Systems Deployment Lead leads the end-to-end deployment and sustainment of core digital manufacturing capabilities, including the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP S/4 HANA, at the FLEx Center. This role ensures seamless integration between enterprise systems and manufacturing operations to support a compliant, scalable digital ecosystem for drug product development. As a senior subject matter expert, the individual manages cross-functional teams, drives business process harmonization, and oversees system lifecycles aligned with operating model principles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4 HANA and MES systems
Drive business process harmonization and end-to-end process integrity
Oversee lifecycle management of Electronic Batch Records and standards
Manage cross-functional alignment for system adoption and change
Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness for manufacturing operations
