The Digital Systems Engineer provides senior technical expertise across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid digital systems at Eakin Healthcare, serving as the primary third-line escalation point for complex incidents. The role focuses on improving system resilience, security, and performance through effective incident resolution, robust administration, and automation. Working closely with the Head of Digital Systems, the engineer ensures technology services remain reliable, well-controlled, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
