Carrier Enterprise
The Digital Technology Leadership Program is a two-year leadership development initiative designed to prepare high-potential college graduates for future leadership roles within Carrier's Digital Technology organization. Participants will complete three eight-month rotations across various digital teams, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as data, AI, digital products, and cybersecurity. The program focuses on building technical, business, and leadership skills through immersive, high-impact assignments and mentorship from senior leaders.
