Carrier Enterprise
The Digital Technology Leadership Program is a two-year leadership development initiative designed to prepare high-potential college graduates for future leadership roles within Carrier's Digital Technology organization. Participants gain hands-on experience through three eight-month rotations across various digital teams, building essential leadership, business, and technical skills. The program offers immersive training, mentoring, and opportunities to contribute to Carrier's global climate and energy solutions.
