The Digital Teller Specialist provides outstanding member service through Ignite Credit Union’s Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) network, combining customer service, financial transaction processing, technology support, and relationship-building to create a seamless digital banking experience. The role involves processing member transactions, delivering personalized service through video and digital channels, educating members on digital tools, and ensuring compliance with policies and security procedures. This position supports branch sales goals and maintains system functionality while helping members achieve their financial goals.
