The Digital Tools Enablement Specialist is an individual contributor who drives awareness, adoption, and effective use of digital tools across the organization. The role focuses on hands‑on enablement activities such as user training, user groups, webinars, and day‑to‑day support for tools like Copilot, Agents, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and OneDrive, while also monitoring usage metrics to improve utilization.
