Digital Transformation Director

The Digital Transformation Director will define and drive IRCA's end-to-end digital transformation strategy, leading high-impact initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational performance, and data-driven decision-making. This role acts as a bridge between strategy, technology, data, and people to accelerate the organization's digital maturity journey across manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions. The position involves leading change management, program delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to embed digital capabilities into daily operations.
