About this role

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology initiatives across JRM. This role will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives.
Serve as a key project leader on major programs, including JRM’s ERP implementation, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Partner with business units including Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring accountability to scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology or enterprise environmentsExperience within construction management or the construction industry is a plusExperience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendorsExposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms) preferred
