Dining Room Supervisor

The Dining Room Supervisor at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for being the primary Food & Beverage contact until management arrives, verifying schedules, checking deliveries, and carrying the Food & Beverage cell phone. The role involves coordinating resident and guest seating, leading pre-shift lineups, scheduling stations, and recording meal counts and reservations. The supervisor also provides coverage for any area or server station in the absence of scheduled dining room staff.
