Dipping Associate 1st Shift

The Dipping Associate is responsible for creating neoprene-based products by performing various dipping operations, including stripping, poking, sorting, washing, and inspecting to ensure quality cleanliness standards. This role involves maintaining operational efficiency by managing mandrels and leach lines, ensuring product quality through regular checks, and upholding a safe and clean work environment. The associate contributes to team efforts by maintaining high attendance, meeting performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
