About this role
The Director, Automation in the Global Clinical Trial Organization leads strategic automation planning within the Automation Hub, shaping the automation backlog and guiding enterprise-level digital initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional and external teams including IT, data science, and vendors to align automation efforts with organizational goals and innovation roadmaps. This position reports to the head of Automation and focuses on scaling automation to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and delivery speed across clinical programs.
