Dir, Corp Sec & Bus Resilience

The Director, Corporate Security & Business Resilience provides strategic and operational leadership for physical security and business continuity teams, ensuring the organization is prepared to prevent, mitigate, respond to, and recover from enterprise security and operational disruptions. This role develops and executes an integrated security and resilience strategy to proactively identify and manage risks to people, assets, operations, and reputation. The position partners with enterprise leaders and external stakeholders to align security programs with the organization's vision and values while ensuring scalable, effective, and resilient programs that support employee safety and long-term organizational success.
