The Director, Lean Site Consultant is a site-level leader and subject matter expert responsible for aligning and advancing Wellstar's Lean program in partnership with site executive leadership and the system Lean Transformation Office. The role focuses on driving site-wide Lean adoption to support the organization's strategic priorities related to patient care, quality, and safety. This position serves as a primary liaison across clinical and administrative functions and supports leadership development and knowledge transfer of Lean principles.
