The Director of Sales Readiness & Talent Development will lead the design and delivery of scalable learning programs that improve the skills and effectiveness of the sales organization. The role shapes Invesco’s learning ecosystem by implementing technology-enabled learning pathways and competency frameworks aligned with business priorities and regulatory standards. The director partners across Sales Enablement, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and HR to drive onboarding, field readiness, and ongoing professional development at enterprise scale.
