This full-time Direct Care Floater position offers $23.50 per hour with a guaranteed 36-hour work week, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. The role requires flexibility to adjust assigned locations with little notice while maintaining consistent days worked from Tuesday to Saturday.
