Direct Care Staff

This role serves as a primary support and case manager, providing screening, assessment, and linking services to help members and their families overcome crises. The position involves working with youth experiencing acute mental health distress in a crisis stabilization setting, offering rapid assessment, psychiatric support, and connection to ongoing community resources. Team members drive clients to appointments and groups using personal or company vehicles while maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment.
