Direct Care Support Staff

The role provides direct, round-the-clock support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in the Crisis Residential Program, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment, medication compliance, and advocacy during medical appointments. Working overnight shifts, the staff member collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to help clients develop independent living skills and progress in their recovery.
